Editorial controls

Primary sources, visible limits, useful steps.

Product guidance changes quickly. Every substantive page should help a reader act carefully and know what to verify.

Source standard

Microsoft product, licensing, eligibility, security, data, and admin claims use current official Microsoft documentation as the primary source. A source link does not turn this site into Microsoft guidance.

Writing standard

We distinguish a documented product behavior from an operating recommendation. We avoid invented benchmarks, customer results, feature certainty, compliance claims, and universal advice.

Review cycle

Guides carry an update date. Material corrections should be recorded. A stale page should be revised, labeled, or removed when current product behavior cannot be confirmed.
