Use Copilot for a PowerPoint program update
Turn approved material into a first-pass narrative, then rebuild the evidence, accessibility, and audience fit.
Start with the audience question
Name what the audience must understand or decide. Provide only approved source documents with current numbers and definitions.
Treat slides as a draft
Check the sequence, evidence, labels, speaker assumptions, and whether any visual implies more certainty than the source supports.
Make it accessible
Review reading order, contrast, alt text, plain language, table structure, captions, and a non-slide way to access the information.
