Use Copilot in Word for a bounded first draft
Build a draft from approved source material, then check structure, claims, voice, and omissions.
Prepare the source
Choose current, approved material and remove information the draft does not need. Name the audience and purpose before drafting.
Request a structure
Ask first for an outline or section plan. Correct the shape before generating paragraphs that take longer to unwind.
Review as an editor
Verify every material claim, rewrite into the organization's voice, check accessibility, and route the draft through the normal approval owner.
