Review Copilot output before it becomes organizational work

Use a short verification routine for facts, numbers, sources, confidentiality, voice, and downstream impact.

Compare with the source

Check names, dates, numbers, quotations, commitments, and references against the approved material. A polished answer can still be incomplete or wrong.

Check what should not be there

Look for unnecessary personal information, confidential context, unsupported conclusions, stereotypes, inaccessible language, or content outside the requested scope.

Own the final action

The person sending, publishing, deciding, or recording the output remains accountable. Preserve the normal approval path for consequential work.
