Write a one-page approved-use policy
Give staff clear green, yellow, and red boundaries tied to your actual data and decisions.
Name the approved environment
State which account, product, apps, and devices are approved. Distinguish organizational Copilot use from consumer AI tools and personal accounts.
Use task and data boundaries
List low-risk tasks that are allowed, tasks that need approval, and tasks that are prohibited. Name restricted data categories using language staff already recognize.
Make review visible
Require a named person to check factual claims, numbers, citations, confidential details, tone, accessibility, and any external communication before use.
